- System control on diameter of plastic tubes using Laser Sensors which enable the adjustment of tube diameter during production with high precision ensuring that all tubes have the same diameter according to requirements. Any tubes that have smaller or larger diameters from standard requirements will be immediately discarded through the conveyor belt.
- Tube sleeve orientation system through video camera that controls the tube sleeve to ensure cap and tube orientation and also controls tube printing to be in accordance with cap orientation.
- Hi-speed camera system ensures quality control through classifying defective products from products that have passed standards to ensure defective products are automatically rejected
- Servo motors are used to regulate cap torque and orientation to ensure that caps are placed in right orientation. Caps that do not comply will be rejected from the production line.
